I worked with Jason and his team over 6 months- he brought a film production to my vacant 2 story home in Etobicoke. The production was professional and mindful of the neighbours while generating some additional income for us while we were deciding on the next steps with our vacant home. I recommend his services as being prompt and professional.

We shot a production in 2 of Jason’s homes last summer and had a great experience…his prior production experience and handling of the homeowners on our behalf took a lot off our plates and allowed us to focus on the many other aspects of location management that we are responsible for. We shot scenes for “Scared Shitless” in two of Jason's properties this summer, and it was a great experience. We were able to utilize the furniture and props as part of the location fee, in addition to painting and making some alterations without having to worry too much about returning the house to its original state. It was an ideal solution for a budget-challenged production.

It's been a pleasure working with Jason and his team. He's rented a couple of properties on our behalf for various Productions. All we had to do was sit back and watch; he took care of the rest. Top ratings for our filming at Jason’s  5 Josephine last week. We had a physical comedy scene in a 60’s bungalow that kept evolving and eventually required breaking glass, windows and walls and the splattering of tomato sauce over floors, walls and ceilings - Jason’s  option was the perfect solution as it offered  relief from the complexity  and emotional disruption of displacing  a family  for the prep, shoot and  restoration ( our original option) . Jason’s experience with productions needs made the whole process from scout to final clean straightforward and trouble free and the neighbourhood was curious and welcoming .  This was an A+ choice for us !

It has been a lot of fun to see how Jason and his team dressed our home for a television commercial… We are waiting for construction permits and thought we'd give this a shot to cover some of the expenses. The neighbours were notified in advance, and did not take issue…the house was left in impeccable shape and we hope will be able to get in another production before the house comes down this spring.

I’ve known and worked w Jason for 10 years in the commercial film industry…his idea to have multiple standing residential makes perfectly good sense and has been very helpful in our world…I shot in one of his proerties recently and appreciate the fact that he dealt w the homeowners on our behalf saving time and energy w paperwork, explaining the process etc…nor did we have to be overly concerned w damages as the house is scheduled to be demolished in the Spring. I hope he will continue this endeavour as it offers an alternate solution to filming in the usual homes that we tend to fall back on, and we don't have to deal with the cost of displacing residents from their homes.
